They are seeking a full-time Interior Designer to manage design projects from inception to completion, serving as the primary contact for real estate agents and homeowners. Responsibilities - Conduct detailed consultations with homeowners and real estate agents - Convert leads into contracted projects - Manage projects from inception to completion - Monitor project schedules and budgets - Facilitate the vendor bidding process and negotiate initial estimates - Perform detailed evaluations and photos of property - Coordinate, maintain and build relationships with subcontractors - Ensure timely and quality completion of design projects - Provide expert advice on staging and renovations - Maintain communication with clients throughout the design process - Understand and exceed customer (internal or external) needs and expectations - Utilize online tools and mobile apps to manage project timelines Skills - 1-2 years of interior design experience - Strong project management skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities - Ability to work in a hybrid remote environment (required IN OFFICE & site Visits) - Must be located near the Los Angeles area - Proficiency in design software - Experience in home staging or real estate-related design Company Overview - Zoom Casa is a real estate company that offers a concierge Platform for home sellers.
