[Remote] Call Center Representative

They are hiring a Call Center Representative to assist credit union members by answering questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive customer experience. Responsibilities - Answer incoming calls and assist members with questions and concerns - Use internal systems to verify information and access account details - Respond to chats, emails, and messages in a timely, professional way - Help explain account features, transactions, and card-related questions - Make outbound calls and follow up to ensure issues are resolved - Document interactions clearly and route requests to the appropriate teams Skills - High school diploma or currently working toward one - Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus - Strong communication skills and a positive, helpful attitude - Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment - Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Comfortable handling confidential information - Basic Microsoft Office knowledge - A team-oriented mindset Benefits - Medical - Dental - Vision - PTO - 401(k) matching Company Overview - Xtend renders financial, marketing, bookkeeping, data analytics, communications, consulting, technical planning and managerial services.
