Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate automobile accidents involving single or multiple vehicles, resulting in property damage and/or bodily injury with an attorney involved
- Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service throughout the day
- Communicate with customers, attorneys, and other stakeholders through various channels, including voice calls, email, and text messages
- Negotiate fair injury settlements with all parties involved using innovative platforms and tools
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate and negotiate injury claims successfully

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in bodily injury claim handling
- Proficient communication skills, especially over the phone
- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time efficiently
- Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination
