Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with travel needs (e.g., booking, ticketing, check-in, flight information).
- Support ground operations by assisting with aircraft loading, unloading, and baggage handling.
- Maintain awareness of gate and stockroom areas, and assist with aircraft marshalling and pushback.
- Review and coordinate flight schedules, including seat assignments, catering, and updates.
- Perform gate and ramp duties (e.g., ticket verification, passenger assistance, safety checks).
- Process and secure passenger belongings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or hospitality experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to twist, stoop, squat, reach, and handle objects.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute (WPM).
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to obtain airport trusted status.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to learn and operate a computerized reservation system.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt to performing duties as assigned.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum age of 18.
- Authorized to work in the US.
