They are seeking a Customer Service representative to provide empathetic support, listen to member needs, and deliver tailored solutions in a remote work environment. Responsibilities - Communicate with members via phone and email, providing empathetic support in every interaction - Listen to member needs and deliver tailored solutions to their unique financial situations - Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices - Accurately document member interactions and activities for record-keeping - Assist with onboarding and account setup for new members Skills - Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment - High school diploma or equivalent - Availability for an 8-hour shift between 6am - 8pm - People-focused approach with a solution-oriented mindset - Ability to manage a high volume of inbound calls - Experience in a digital finance or financial services environment - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software - Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, to assist a diverse member base Benefits - 401(k) with employer match - Medical, dental, and vision coverage - Wellness support - Financial assistance through various programs Company Overview - At Prism Data Consulting, we transform raw information into strategic insights.
