About the Role:
- Competitive salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client onboarding calls and ensure seamless integration onto the Kyra platform
- Develop tailored deployment strategies to meet each client's unique needs
- Proactively address client challenges and prevent churn
- Drive end-to-end account growth and identify upsell opportunities
- Analyze campaign performance and uncover insights for future strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor, showcasing the value of the platform to clients
- Translate client feedback into actionable insights for internal teams
- Manage client invoicing and reporting with attention to detail
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client service management within an influencer agency
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to maintain client relationships during challenging times
- College degree or equivalent educational background
- Proactive approach and forward-thinking mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the influencer marketing industry
- Strong track record as a Client Success Manager
