They are seeking a Cybersecurity Growth Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end marketing strategies aimed at attracting security decision-makers and driving revenue growth through effective demand generation and content marketing. Responsibilities • Own and execute B2B demand generation strategy for private-sector clients • Build and optimize inbound and outbound funnels tied to revenue outcomes • Develop lead magnets (whitepapers, guides, assessments, executive briefs) • Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for targeted accounts and industries • Measure pipeline influence, conversion rates, and ROI (not just impressions) • Own marketing-sourced pipeline targets and quarterly revenue contribution • Partner directly with executive leadership on go-to-market strategy • Build repeatable acquisition systems for growth • Drive a LinkedIn-first content strategy for executive and company branding • Create or guide the creation of executive thought leadership posts • Long-form cybersecurity content (blogs, POVs, frameworks) • Case studies, solution briefs, and security narratives • Translate complex cybersecurity topics (MDR, XDR, GRC, risk, identity, cloud, endpoint) into content that resonates with business leaders • Deeply understand private-sector security buyers: CISOs, CIOs, IT Directors, Risk & Compliance Leaders • Build messaging that aligns with: Risk reduction, Regulatory pressure, Budget justification, Board-level communication • Position 360Cyberx as a trusted security partner, not a tool vendor • Own LinkedIn organic and paid strategies • Coordinate email marketing and nurture sequences • Collaborate on website messaging, landing pages, and conversion paths • Aligning marketing efforts with sales conversations and deal cycles Skills • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on cybersecurity, MSSPs, security consulting, or enterprise security vendors • Proven experience marketing cybersecurity services (not consumer tech, not e-commerce) • Demonstrated success in attracting and engaging private-sector CISOs, CIOs, IT Directors, and security decision-makers • Hands-on experience with B2B security content marketing, including: Thought leadership and executive-level content, Whitepapers, POVs, solution briefs, and lead magnets, Case studies and security narratives • Strong command of LinkedIn as a primary B2B growth channel (organic and paid) • Experience owning demand generation end-to-end, including: Funnel design and optimization, Lead qualification and nurturing, Pipeline and revenue influence • Working knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and execution • Ability to translate complex cybersecurity topics (MDR, XDR, GRC, risk, identity, cloud, endpoint) into clear, business-aligned messaging • Comfortably operating in a lean, founder-led environment with high ownership and accountability • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure success beyond vanity metrics • Excellent written communication skills tailored to executive audiences • LinkedIn Ads + Campaign Manager • HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM • Marketing automation & email platforms • Landing page + conversion optimization tools • Basic analytics (GA4, attribution tracking, dashboards) Company Overview • 360Cyberx, LLC is a security-first technology partner that helps organizations prevent breaches, keep systems online, and prove compliance.
