Responsibilities
• Drive regional premium growth by developing retail agent partnerships, increasing engagement, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Own and manage agent relationships, serving as the main point of contact for submissions, training, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with underwriting and service teams to ensure smooth execution, efficient production, and achievement of aggressive GWP goals.
Skills
• 3+ years of experience in E&S commercial insurance, ideally within an MGA, wholesale, or binding authority environment.
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining relationships with independent retail agents and consistently hitting growth or premium targets.
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a territory with significant growth potential, leveraging strong underwriting and service support.
• CANDIDATE MUST BE LOCATED IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA
