Responsibilities
- Engage with leads and prospects through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and text messages
- Utilize Follow-Up-Boss (FUB) to manage lead flow, track interactions, and prioritize follow-ups effectively
- Nurture Leads through the sales pipeline, providing relevant information, addressing inquiries, and scheduling appointments for real estate agents
- Stay informed about market trends, real estate regulations, and industry best practices
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective follow-up processes and campaigns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and communications within the CRM system
Skills
- Proven experience as a telemarketer professional or similar
- Demonstrated proficiency in using Follow Up Boss (FUB) or a similar CRM platform
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Fluent in English/ Spanish
