[Remote] JailOps Specialist (Customer Success Specialist)

The JailOps Specialist will serve as an operational partner to customers, ensuring the successful adoption of compliance and tracking solutions in correctional facilities across the nation. Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned correctional facility customers • Build strong, trusted relationships with jail administrators, command staff and operational users • Act as an advocate for customer needs while aligning expectations with product capabilities • Assist customers with configuration, workflows and operational best practices • Ensure customers understand and effectively use product features to meet compliance and operational goals • Identify adoption gaps and proactively drive engagement and usage • Apply knowledge of jail and detention operations to help customers align GUARDIAN RFID solutions with real-world workflows • Assist customers in leveraging data, reporting, and tracking tools to support compliance, audits and accountability • Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate with internal teams (Support, Product, Engineering) for resolution • Track customer feedback, product issues, and enhancement requests in Salesforce • Contribute operational insight to product development and roadmap discussions Skills • 5+ years in corrections or • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field • Strong understanding of jail, prison, or detention center operations • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to translate technical solutions into operational value for non-technical users • Strong problem solving and organizational skills • Comfortable working independently while collaborating across internal teams • Ability to work effectively in secure and high-accountability environments • Experience in customer success, implementation, operations, corrections, public safety, or government-facing SaaS • Familiarity with compliance-driven environments • Familiarity with CRM tools (i.e. Salesforce, etc.) • Ability to learn new systems/ software quickly Benefits • Medical • Dental and Vision coverage • Life Insurance • Short-Term Disability (STD) • Long-Term Disability (LTD) • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • 401(k) plan with employer matching contributions • Paid time off • Volunteer time off • Work from home Company Overview • GUARDIAN RFID is a technology company whose mission is to build and deploy solutions to protect America’s Thin Gray Line.
