This role involves connecting individuals involved in car accidents with attorneys and requires excellent communication skills to explain the importance of legal representation.
Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls
- Explain the importance of legal representation to accident victims
- Use our proprietary call/lead tracking systems efficiently
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
Skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or related field
- Working cell phone, computer, and internet connection
- Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills
- Must live in one of the following states: TX, CA, GA, FL, MS, NY, NC, SC, or OH
- Knowledge of auto insurance processes
- Understanding of legal rights after car accidents
- Experience in a call center environment
- Experience making upwards of 100+ calls a day
