Neuron & Rose Psychological Services, Inc. is a neurodivergent led psychological practice that provides gender- and neuro-affirming therapy and assessments. They are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Billing Consultant to process payroll, manage client invoicing, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll based on clinician timesheets
- Collaborate on yearly W-2 and 1099 preparation in Gusto
- Maintain accurate tax categorization, IRS updates, and compliance across multiple states (MN, NY, CA, WA)
- Handle tax and unemployment paperwork as needed
- Manage all client invoicing
- Monitor payments from multiple platforms, resolve billing issues, and handle superbill requests
- Maintain organized, up-to-date receipts on the shared drive
- Monitor weekly clinician hours, track participant conversion rates, and run quarterly reports for leadership
- Provide additional administrative support as needed, based on availability and practice needs
