[Remote] Project Manager – Facilities Maintenance & Repair - Secondary Shift (Remote)

The Project Manager will oversee the full life cycle of maintenance and repair work orders, ensuring timely and efficient project completion while maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities • Receive, process, and manage incoming work orders through customer portals and internal systems • Coordinate and dispatch service providers based on project scope, trade, and location • Monitor work progress to ensure accurate and timely completion • Manage project documentation including notes, photos, approvals, and invoicing in real time • Provide customers with updates on project status, timelines, and follow-ups • Build and maintain strong, solution-focused relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage ongoing business • Identify risks or delays and implement corrective actions proactively • Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase team efficiency and reduce costs • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and client expectations • Collaborate closely with operations staff, field technicians, accounting, and leadership teams to support project success • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, including some weekends and holidays, to support our 24/7 client service model Skills • 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or a client-facing role in a fast-paced, professional environment • Ability to work independently, self-manage, and self-direct to complete work timely and accurately • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail and timely follow-through • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage clearly and professionally with internal teams and external customers • Proficiency in navigating various software platforms, online tools, and customer portals quickly and accurately • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams) • Hard-working, solutions-oriented, customer-focused, and driven to exceed expectations • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment • Experience in facility maintenance, construction, or a related field is helpful but not required • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field is preferred Benefits • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Disability insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Professional development assistance • Vision insurance Company Overview • We provide integrated facility maintenance solutions for businesses nationwide.
