The Company
Bolt Farm Treehouse exists to help couples slow down, reconnect, and strengthen their relationship through intentional, deeply restorative experiences. We are an award-winning brand centered on renewal, reconnection, and emotional transformation - creating beautiful, private environments that help people step out of the noise of everyday life and return to what matters most. More than a place to visit, Bolt Farm is designed to create meaningful change in the lives and relationships of the people we serve.
This is an exciting time to join Bolt Farm. As we continue to elevate the experience and build the team shaping what comes next, we are looking for people who want to do meaningful work inside a distinctive, growing company. For the right person, this is a chance to help build something special - a brand with real momentum, a clear mission, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.
Your Team
The high-ticket phone sales team is a core revenue team responsible for turning qualified demand into booked experiences, rebookings, and stronger guest revenue outcomes. This is a lean remote team of six today (x4 closers and x2 setters) and the goal is not to build a bloated department. The goal is to build a sharp one. Most of the team is still relatively new, which makes this an especially meaningful moment to join. There is real demand, real buyer intent, and real room to improve structure, consistency, and performance.
This role reports to one of Bolt Farm’s founders/owners and works closely with Marketing, Operations, Tech, and on-site revenue partners. For the right leader, this is a chance to step into the first dedicated sales leadership seat, help shape how the team operates, and build the next version of Bolt Farm’s high-ticket phone sales function.
Your Role
As the Sales Manager, you will lead the performance of Bolt Farm’s remote high-ticket phone sales team. This is not a generic manager role and it is not a seat for someone who wants to supervise activity from a distance. It is a coach-builder role for someone who loves sales, loves helping people improve, and knows how to raise performance through structure, standards, and direct feedback.
You will spend your time where it matters most: reviewing calls, running trainings, tightening scripts and follow-up standards, improving close-rates, and helping a talented but still-forming team perform at a higher level. Bolt Farm has never had a dedicated sales manager before, which makes this an unusually high-impact opportunity. The person who steps into this seat will help shape the system, elevate the team, and create a stronger, more scalable revenue engine. For the right person, there is also room to grow into broader sales leadership over time.
Responsibilities
- Own team performance across booked revenue, conversion rate, revenue per call, show rate, follow-up speed, and close rate by lead source
- Lead and develop a remote team of setters and closers through training, one-on-ones, accountability, performance reviews, and clear expectations
- Run structured sales training multiple times per week, including call reviews, mock calls, and objection-handling drills that improve real performance
- Review calls closely to identify where deals are won or lost, then turn those insights into practical coaching, stronger standards, and repeatable training
- Standardize scripts, sales process, follow-up expectations, and execution discipline so the team sells with more consistency and less variation
- Coach and train the hosts responsible for delivering the rebooking pitch so those conversations are consistent, trust-building, and conversion-oriented
- Partner with Marketing, Operations, Tech, and on-site revenue teams to ensure promotions, packages, upsells, and new experiences are clearly communicated and easy for the sales team to sell
- Help strengthen the sales system through better CRM usage, cleaner reporting, stronger onboarding, better SOP adoption, and less avoidable friction for closers
- Maintain a high talent bar by coaching strong performers up and addressing underperformance directly when needed
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience, including high-ticket consultative sales
- 2+ years of experience leading people with accountability for team performance
- Experience leading phone-based and/or remote sales teams
- Experience coaching sales reps through call review, objection handling, and measurable performance improvement
- Experience working in remote, startup, scale-up, or other fast-growth environments

- Experience helping a company scale through meaningful revenue growth stages
- Experience selling or leading teams selling premium services, packages, or products with typical deal sizes in the $5,000 - $20,000+ range
- Experience with rebooking, upsell, retention, or repeat-purchase sales motions
- Comfort using AI-enabled tools to improve coaching, training, or sales execution
- Strong working overlap with Central Time
Additional Compensation

- Target OTE: $175,000-$195,000
