Position: Remote Senior Industrial Construction Estimator
Location: Remote / Hybrid (Travel to office 1-3 times per month)
We are seeking a Senior Industrial Construction Estimator with strong experience in heavy industrial projects. This role requires hands-on estimating expertise across structural steel erection, ductwork/boilermaker scopes, rigging, and millwright work.
This is a remote/hybrid position offering the flexibility to work from your preferred location, with periodic travel to the office 1-3 times per month.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs for industrial projects
• Develop comprehensive cost estimates covering labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor pricing
• Solicit and evaluate bids from subcontractors and vendors
• Build complete proposals from concept through final submission
• Collaborate with operations and project management teams during preconstruction
Qualifications:
• 7+ years of estimating experience in industrial construction
• Strong background in steel erection, boilermaker/duct scopes, rigging, and millwright installation
• Ability to independently manage estimates from cradle to grave
• Proficiency in Excel and estimating software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
