[Remote] Senior Revenue Manager, Full Service - RMCC Managed

As a Senior Revenue Manager in the RMCC, you will support hotel teams in optimizing revenue strategies, conducting performance forecasts, and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive market share growth. Responsibilities • Identify and set appropriate total hotel revenue for all portfolio hotels by collaborating across teams to establish a strategy for all revenue streams, including, but not limited to, room pricing, F&B, group, catering & events, and marketing • Conduct weekly Commercial strategy meetings to discuss booking pace, performance, and hotel-specific goals, ensuring important partners agreement on revenue strategy and pricing • Forecast future performance, identify trends, and act upon risk and opportunity • Strategize with hotel teams, regional teams, revenue, and marketing partners, aligning what is best for the hotel with what is most important to the senior leadership teams • Interact with the General Manager, Director of Sales, Director of Finance, and Front Office Manager.
