As a remote, full-time team member, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Job Overview: As a Weekend Intake Specialist, you'll work a four-day schedule (Friday - Monday) and be responsible for handling incoming calls, completing new client intakes, and screening potential clients. You'll also track and respond to callers, obtain necessary data, and forward calls to the appropriate attorney. Excellent phone etiquette, customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as a team player are essential.
