NOTE : This is a W2 hourly contract role. MUST have Coupa and Pagero experience
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Developer for an immediate, high-priority contract opportunity. This role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining critical financial integrations between Workday, Coupa, and the Pagero (Client) e-invoicing platform. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless data flow for complex "invoices out" workflows and global compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Integration Development: Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors.
• Coupa & Pagero Expertise: Build and optimize specific integrations with Coupa for procurement and Pagero (Client) for automated e-invoicing and tax compliance.
• Invoice Workflows: Develop "Invoices Out" integrations to automate supplier invoice creation and distribution.
• Data Transformation: Utilize XSLT and XML to perform complex data mapping and transformations across multiple financial platforms.
• API Management: Leverage SOAP and REST web services to facilitate real-time and batch data exchange between systems.
• Troubleshooting: Perform root cause analysis and resolution for high-pressure production integration failures.
Required Skills & Experience
• Workday Expertise: 3–7+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Integration Development, specifically within Financials (FINS) and HCM modules.
• Technical Stack: Advanced proficiency in Workday Studio, Calculated Fields, and Report Writer.
• Specialized Tools: Proven experience building integrations with Coupa and Pagero/Client ONESOURCE.
• Languages: Strong knowledge of XSLT, XML, and ideally one modern programming language like Python or Java.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with global e-invoicing standards (e.g., PEPPOL) and VAT/GST tax compliance logic.
• Professionalism: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with functional leads and external vendors.
