The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating new opportunities through outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and collaborating with the sales team to build a pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
- Build a pipeline of interested prospects through outbound efforts and handoff to Account Executives to close
- Achieve daily activity metrics and demo creation KPIs to create a pipeline of opportunities
- Conduct high-level conversations with mid and senior-level prospects, explaining the value proposition of RevolutionParts
Skills
- 0-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing environment
- Demonstrable experience and proficiency in high-pressure, competitive situations
- Fearless with a 'no stone unturned' mentality
- Willingness to try new concepts and open to coaching
- Passion for technology
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup team environment; you're a meticulous, innovative, creative thinker, never satisfied with the status quo
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal; you have a track record of giving successful presentations
- Experience using Salesforce is a plus
- Proven examples of using AI to improve outcomes in prior roles is expected
