What You’ll Do
• Oversee the lifecycle of sales enablement content, ensuring materials are accurate, current, and easy to navigate while coordinating updates and sunsetting outdated assets.
• Manage enablement platforms and tools, including user access, license allocation, permissions, learning path enrollment, and usage insights.
• Coordinate onboarding operations for new hires, ensuring timely access to tools, content, and required training.
• Track completion of mandatory training tied to product launches, strategic initiatives, or tool rollouts, and partner with sales leaders to reinforce follow-through.
• Perform recurring access and permissions reviews across enablement systems, collaborating with administrators to keep environments clean and secure.
• Work cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, IT, Sales Systems, and other teams to support reliable enablement tooling and workflows.
• Share operational recommendations with technical and AI teams to improve content discoverability, searchability, and long-term maintenance.
• Maintain clear documentation of enablement processes and support ongoing optimization of the enablement technology ecosystem.
What You Bring
• 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, sales support, or a related go-to-market role.
• Experience administering internal platforms such as content hubs, onboarding portals, or learning management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives without losing attention to detail.
• A proactive, execution-oriented mindset with a high bar for accuracy and follow-through.
• Comfort working across teams and driving operational tasks to completion in a matrixed environment.
• Familiarity with SaaS sales models and commonly used GTM tools (e.g., CRM platforms, LMS tools, productivity suites).
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual-first or hybrid setting.
• A continuous improvement mentality, always looking for small, meaningful ways to improve processes.
Nice to Have
• Experience supporting large-scale onboarding or enablement programs.
• Hands-on familiarity with sales enablement platforms such as Highspot, Guru, or Seismic.
• Knowledge of user access management, provisioning workflows, or permission governance.
• Exposure to process improvement efforts involving automation or AI-enabled solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
Salary Range
$59,812.00 - $94,440.00 USD (Salary)
