Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service through outbound and inbound telephone calls, utilizing English and Spanish speaking skills
- Maintain accurate and detailed records, including data entry and retrieval, and perform arithmetical computations
- Conduct outbound telephone calls to support consumers with health care verification issues
- Receive coaching and feedback, and implement changes to improve performance and quality
- Participate in internal training and certification programs to ensure compliance with service requirements
- Work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
- Perform additional duties as assigned, with a focus on meeting production and quality standards
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6 months of experience in a similar role, with clerical and customer service skills
- Reliable internet connectivity and ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience with data entry, typing, and outbound telephone calls
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Ability to multitask using two computer screens and navigate multiple software programs
- Effective communication skills and ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
