Position Overview – Certified Personal Trainer (Experienced)

Key Responsibilities
- Client Assessment & Program Design: Conduct thorough fitness assessments using tools such as the InBody 570, develop individualized exercise plans, and monitor progress to ensure measurable outcomes.
- Training Delivery: Lead one‑on‑one and small‑group sessions—both in‑person at our East Providence facility and virtually—maintaining high standards of safety, technique, and motivation.

Essential Qualifications
- Active, nationally recognized Certified Personal Trainer credential (e.g., NSCA, ACSM, NASM, ACE) and current CPR/AED certification.
- Minimum of three (3) years proven experience as a Certified Personal Trainer with a track record of client acquisition and retention.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver scientifically sound, individualized training programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills: persuasive communication, empathy, and the ability to inspire confidence.
