Role: Senior Business Recruiter, France

Location: Paris, Hybrid working model (3 days in office)

About the role

We are looking to hire a Senior Recruiter to support Deliveroo France on talent acquisition and recruitment strategy, based in our Paris office.

Reporting to our Senior Recruitment Manager for Europe, you'll work alongside our French recruitment team to manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns across a range of commercial role types and seniority levels. You will partner with various departments in France, including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance. You will also take responsibility for various projects that drive recruiting performance and operational maturity.

Delivery will play a huge part of your role, almost 75%, so we're keen to attract applicants who love recruiting - from scoping out the roles, sourcing, assessment and managing the process through to offer. The remaining 25% of the role will focus on integrating a true partnership with recruitment, building process, challenging status quo, ensuring adherence to recruitment policies and processes and delivering reporting to the business.
