Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a Senior Clinical Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving recruiting efforts for our Clinical and Behavioral Health Teams, including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Registered Nurses, Certified Medical Assistants, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, and Master Level Therapists. You will identify and engage top talent, assess skills and culture fit, and provide a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Recruiting Efforts: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our Clinical and Behavioral Health Teams.
- Identify and Engage Top Talent: Identify, assess, and engage top talent in the Clinical and Behavioral Health space, including passive candidates.
- Source Candidates: Creatively pursue and source candidates through various channels, including residency programs, industry events, social media sourcing, online search, in-house marketing campaigns, and partnership with key external agency partners.
- Candidate Experience: Provide a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Employee Engagement: Engage with employees in creative, fun ways to promote a strategic referral program and encourage employee referrals.
- Data Analysis: Partner with Analytics to regularly track and analyze pipeline and performance data to share with key internal stakeholders.
- Compensation Recommendations: Advise Hiring Managers on compensation recommendations and negotiate successful offer acceptance with finalist candidates.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Recruiting Experience: 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years as a full-cycle Recruiter working with Clinicians, Behavioral Health, and/or Medical Field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills.
- Prioritization and Multi-Tasking: Ability to prioritize and multi-task, with strong attention to detail.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly change priorities and focus based on evolving hiring demand.
- Candidate Pipeline Development: Solid track record developing candidate pipeline, specifically related to passive candidates.
- Process Improvements: Comfortable rolling up sleeves and partnering with the team to drive process improvements and efficiencies with our workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Applicant Tracking Systems: Preferred knowledge/experience with Lever or other similar Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Competitive Mindset: Act with a sense of urgency and a competitive mindset.
