As a Senior Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to healthcare providers, resolving complex issues, and driving positive health outcomes. This full-time, Monday-to-Friday role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems and platforms with ease. You'll be working normal business hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm CST, with occasional overtime as needed.
To ensure your success in this role, we'll provide five weeks of on-the-job training, during which you'll work from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Our training program is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to excel as a Senior Customer Service Representative.
