Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics, or finance, or a related field like data systems or computer science
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analytics
- Proficiency in analysis software and applications, such as data visualization tools and statistical analysis software
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
To stand out as a candidate, you will ideally have:
- Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry, a plus
- Experience with requirements gathering, probability and statistics, TSQL/PLSQL, Python or R, numerical analysis, and categorical data analysis
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power Platform, Alteryx, Python/R, automation, revenue data, and fundamental accounting principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business decisions through data-driven insights
