About the Role: Senior Producer, Product Graphics
We're on the hunt for a highly skilled Senior Producer, Product Graphics, to join our dynamic Design team within Marcom. As a Senior Producer, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing world-class creative solutions for product launches and sustaining updates. This is a critical role that demands a blend of creative vision, project management acumen, and technical understanding to drive the development of best-in-class graphics applied to hardware and software screens.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Execution: Set up kick-off meetings and reviews with cross-functional partners to collaborate on project plans, including key dates, prioritization, and operational strategies for creative solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams across the organization, including regulatory, legal, operations, and other creative and production teams to understand project roadmaps, design limitations, and product development requirements.
- Design Consistency: Partner with designers to ensure design consistency across the product ecosystem, understanding legal, regulatory, environmental, and manufacturing constraints.
- Initiative Execution: Execute business-critical initiatives from start to finish, navigating ambiguity and managing conflicting priorities with adaptability and effective support across various categories.
- Design Direction and Brainstorming: Facilitate design direction and brainstorming sessions with Product Graphics Designers and Industrial Design to develop and finalize graphic studies.
- Schedule Management: Develop, revise, and maintain schedules that meet business needs, creating and organizing projects with kick-off checklists, reference materials, specifications, and compliance requirements.
- Project Tracking and Prioritization: Oversee and track Product Graphics deliverables, maintain and distribute weekly priorities to team members and partners, and prioritize multiple detailed projects simultaneously.
- Process Improvement: Consistently re-evaluate workflows for efficiencies, identifying tools and process improvement opportunities for the team.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience as a creative producer, in creative operations, or project management, preferably in a technology or similar product environment.
