We're seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager - Technical to drive innovation and growth in our Amazon Grocery Data and Tech team. As a key player in our organization, you will leverage your technical expertise, business acumen, and passion for customer-centricity to shape the future of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own product roadmaps, vision documents, and technical strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, business stakeholders, and partners, to design and deliver products that meet customer needs
- Contribute to engineering discussions, provide technical guidance, and make informed trade-off decisions to ensure successful product delivery
- Drive data-driven decision-making, analyze customer pain points, and identify opportunities for improvement to inform product development and optimization
- Lead resource planning, prioritize features, and manage technical products or online services to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration)
- 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology
- Proven track record of driving roadmap strategy, feature delivery, and technical decision-making
- Experience with data analytics, data engineering, and building/adoption of new tools (desired)
- Master's degree (preferred)
