We are looking for a
• *Senior Sales Manager**
to lead both
• *key account management and new business development**
across the U.S. and Canada. This is a fully remote role with significant growth potential.
• *Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow key accounts including industrial bakeries, food manufacturers, and distributors
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across North America
• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
• Conduct market analysis and provide strategic insights
• Represent the company at trade shows, customer visits, and industry events
• *Qualifications
• 10+ years of B2B sales experience in
• *baking or food ingredients industry
• Proven track record in key account management and business development
• Strong industry network in industrial bakery or food manufacturing (highly preferred)
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Willingness to travel across the U.S. and Canada
