About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, early‑career product marketing professional to lead and elevate our HR‑focused storytelling program. As a Senior Specialist – Customer Engagement Storytelling & HR Innovation, you will partner with cross‑functional teams, craft narratives that resonate with senior executives and frontline users alike, and measure the impact of each story on brand perception, product adoption, and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Administration & Coordination
- Serve as the operational backbone of the HR storytelling initiative, handling meeting logistics, material preparation, research, and data compilation.
- Maintain a robust tracking system to monitor story performance, engagement metrics, and ROI.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders—Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing—to ensure alignment and timely delivery of storytelling assets.
- Message Development & Evangelism
