What You'll Be Driving
Deliver High-Impact Plumbing VDC Outcomes
Lead projects from kickoff through completion, producing fabrication-ready models, coordinated systems, and field-ready deliverables that reduce rework and improve construction efficiency.
Build and Lead a High-Performing Team
Develop and manage VDC Engineers and BIM specialists to consistently deliver high-quality, on-time results while growing capability across the team.
Act as a Trusted Client Partner
Work directly with clients to align expectations, solve problems early, and ensure delivery confidence across every phase of the project.
The Work You'll Own
- Lead detailed plumbing BIM modeling, coordination, and clash resolution
- Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and constructability standards
- Plan and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coach and develop team members across multiple experience levels
- Coordinate across internal teams, contractors, and external partners
- Contribute to best practices and advance plumbing VDC methodologies
- Integrate AI and digital tools to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability

Compensation and featured benefits:
- The pay for this position is $115,000– $129,000, and the role is eligible for bonuses. The actual salary offer may be different as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experience
- Health insurance with the choice of five plan options. We cover 70-95% of premiums for VIATechies and 65% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plan chosen)
- Dental and vision insurance. We cover up to 75% of the monthly insurance premiums for VIATechies and up to 50% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plans chosen)
