Job Title: Social Media Assistant (Part-Time, Remote)

About the role
WestPhal Studio is looking for a creative and organized Social Media Assistant to support and grow our online presence. In this role, you will help with day-to-day social media activities, create engaging content, and help us connect with our audience across platforms.
Responsibilities
• Write captions and post copy aligned with our brand voice
• Create simple graphics and short-form content (Canva/Adobe Express)
• Schedule and publish posts across platforms
• Respond to comments and messages in a professional, timely manner
• Track performance metrics, monitor trends, and report insights
• Contribute ideas for campaigns that increase engagement and brand awareness
• Support basic content planning (weekly/biweekly content calendar)
Requirements
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and managing deadlines
• Familiarity with social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn)
• Basic experience with content tools (Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, etc.)
• Basic understanding of social media analytics is a plus
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
