About the role:
A Solution Analyst manages and supports business applications, ensuring smooth operations through troubleshooting, configuration, and system improvements. They act as subject matter experts, liaise with vendors, and provide training to optimize technology use.
Job Responsibilities:
Application Ownership & Support:
• Act as a subject matter expert for assigned platforms and solutions
• Own L2/L3 application support and system troubleshooting
• Work with IT and vendors to resolve incidents and implement long term fixes
Train:
• Develop training material
• Train users on application usage
• Develop knowledgebase articles
• Train staff
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Configure, build, and deploy system solutions across CRM, forms, workflows, automation, and core business platforms
• Act as the application owner and subject matter expert for assigned systems
• Own business system requests end to end, from intake and prioritisation through to delivery and rollout
• Provide L2/L3 application support, incident resolution, and root cause analysis
• Develop and maintain SOPs, system documentation, and user training materials
• Work closely with Business Optimisation, IT, and operational teams to identify and implement system improvements
• Liaise with vendors and technology partners to deliver practical, business-aligned outcomes
• Support change management, rollout planning, and postimplementation refinement
• Mentor and support team members in system usage and solution design
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and delivery planning
• Work outside standard business hours when required to support deployments or critical delivery milestones
Requirements
Technical/Educational Qualifications
• 2-4+ years experience
• Hands-on configuration and build experience across business systems (e.g. CRM platforms, forms, workflows, automation tools, system setup)
• End-to-end ownership of business system requests from requirements through to build, deployment, and support
• L2/L3 application support and platform ownership experience
• Strong capability in translating business needs into working, production-ready solutions
• Experience developing SOPs, system documentation, and training materials
• Business and application change management experience
• Agile or delivery framework experience
Desirable / Technical
• Data management and integration experience (ETL, APIs, middleware, webhooks)
• SQL / PostgreSQL querying and data analysis
• Lowcode / automation platforms
• Power Platform experience (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Web and UI technologies (HTML/XML, JavaScript, UX principles)
• CRM and workflow engine platforms
