The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the domestic student recruitment events programme, ensuring effective execution of both virtual and face-to-face initiatives. The role will lead and support a team of Student Recruitment Specialists to build a strong prospect pool and drive conversion in line with student recruitment targets and KPIs.
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Student Recruitment Specialists to achieve individual and team KPIs
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct coaching sessions
- Support resource planning, scheduling, and workload distribution across events and activities
- Ensure team alignment with recruitment strategy and organizational goals
Virtual Events
- Oversee the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the virtual events programme
- Ensure all events are delivered in line with recruitment strategy and quality standards
- Review and approve event setup, communications, and CRM processes
- Analyze event performance metrics and provide actionable insights
- Support team in delivering presentations and engaging with prospective students
- Manage relationships with third-party event partners
- Ensure materials and content are accurate, updated, and aligned with branding.
Face-to-Face Events
- Oversee coordination and execution of on-ground events
- Ensure efficient administrative and CRM processes are followed
- Review post-event feedback and performance reports to drive improvements
- Support development of presentations and event materials.
Stakeholder & Inbox Management
- Oversee all customer-facing communications, ensuring high-quality responses within SLA (48 hours)
- Manage stakeholder relationships, both internal and external
- Act as an escalation point for complex queries and concerns
Reporting & Strategy
- Track, analyze, and report on recruitment and event KPIs
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve conversion and engagement
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform strategy
- Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
Other Duties
- Support national processes, systems, and procedure improvements
- Lead or participate in recruitment-related projects and working groups
- Support high-priority events such as Bar Course selection activities
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the DSR Leadership Team
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in student recruitment, events management, or related field
- At least 1–2 years' experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Experience managing virtual and face-to-face events
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Work Arrangement
- Work Schedule: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM weekends off
- Remote work with occasional visits in the office. Ideally, the candidate resides within Metro Manila or nearby provinces.
- Work Location: Robinsons Zeta Tower, Bridgetowne, Ugong Norte, Quezon City. Building is near Opus Mall, Tiendesitas, and IPI Pasig. Area is accessible from Eastwood, Ortigas CBD, C5 Road, and Rizal areas.
