Key Responsibilities
- Oversee classroom management and maintain a safe and respectful learning environment
- Follow and lead basic lesson plans, adapting to the needs of the students and the school
- Perform duties as directed by Sub Teacher Source in coordination with school administration
- Maintain the safety and integrity of the school environment, adhering to all policies and procedures
- Provide support to students, teachers, and school staff as needed
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- Ability to pay for ($70) and pass a criminal background check (WebCheck)
- Age 21 or older
- Legally registered to work in the USA
- State of Ohio Substitute Teaching Permit (we can assist with obtaining one if you don't already have it)
