Job Description

As a Support Representative - Remote, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via inbound calls. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, using your strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge. You will be the face of our company, representing our brand and values in every interaction with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from customers, responding to their questions and concerns in a friendly and professional manner
• Use your technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed
• Provide product and service information to customers, helping them to understand our offerings and make informed decisions
• Build strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
• Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
• Collaborate with colleagues and other teams to resolve customer issues and improve our overall customer experience
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs, staying up-to-date with new technologies and processes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Essential Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
• A high school diploma or GED, with a strong focus on building customer relationships and providing exceptional service
• Comfortable using and explaining technology, with a strong understanding of computer systems and software applications
• A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to ask probing questions to resolve customer issues
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Availability to work during our Hours of Operation: 8am-1130pm EST Monday-Sunday, with a schedule that changes every 3 months based on performance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a remote or call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
• Technical certifications or training, such as CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
