What You Will Do • Optimize Discovery: Evaluate search filters and options to ensure they help customers find exactly what they’re looking for. • Analyze Intent: Determine if suggested alternative products reflect the customer's actual preferences and search queries. • Ensure Consistency: Review assessments for accuracy, helping AI models understand the nuances of the Swedish language and market. Requirements • Linguistic Skills: Native-level proficiency in Swedish and a strong command of English. • Digital Native: Web-savvy, comfortable with fast-paced online research, and attentive to detail. • Tech-Ready: A reliable computer system, stable internet connection, and the ability to manage short-turnaround tasks. • Professionalism: Willingness to sign an NDA and complete a mandatory quality and language assessment.
