Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist

Job Description: • Actively source and engage passive candidates through creative outreach, networking, and market research strategies. • Collaborate with the SWAT team to provide sourcing support for new sites, high-priority locations, and key accounts. • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand evolving needs and deliver exceptional sourcing outcomes. • Screen and assess potential candidates to evaluate qualifications, cultural fit, and interest level before presenting warm leads. • Attend recruitment events and represent NAPA and/or Bridgecare to promote opportunities and build candidate pipelines, specifically early talent. • Become a Phenom expert, utilizing the platform’s full capabilities for CRM management, talent analytics, and candidate nurturing. • Develop and maintain talent pipelines within the CRM (Phenom). Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years of sourcing experience required, with a proven track record of success in proactive candidate identification and engagement. • Strong communication, research, and relationship-building skills. • Demonstrated success in identifying and engaging passive candidates. • Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-changing priorities. • Experience using CRMs, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools (Phenom experience preferred). • Ability to travel to recruitment events.
