We are currently hiring for a premier financial services client within the asset management space. Location • Memphis, TN – Full Remote • St. Petersburg, FL – Hybrid Contract Duration 6+ Months (Contract) Schedule Monday–Friday Important Notes • Client is hiring US Citizens or Green Card holders only • No planned or upcoming vacations during the contract period • Opportunity for contract extension or conversion based on performance and business needs About the Role We are seeking a Trading Associate to support the Asset Management Services team, specifically working with Separately Managed Accounts (SMA). This role focuses on trade execution support, reconciliation, pricing coordination, and resolving trading discrepancies. The position requires strong attention to detail, financial markets knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced investment environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead and support trading-related operational activities • Notify traders of order-impacting events such as dividends and stock splits • Coordinate and confirm trade pricing and execution • Facilitate trade corrections and price adjustments • Reconcile open orders and maintain accurate trade records in internal systems • Research and resolve trade discrepancies • Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues • Monitor client account restrictions and portfolio allocation processes • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trading policies and procedures • Provide mentoring and support to junior associates • Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications • 1–3 years of financial services experience • Strong understanding of trading operations and financial markets • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Team-oriented mindset with willingness to support broader team needs • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
