Our User Advocacy team is revolutionizing the outdated financial services industry. The User Advocacy training program will teach you new skills and give you the tools required to succeed in this role. Training during this period will be paid for.

Responsibilities:
• Field and resolve user problems by phone and chat
• Advocate for the user and their financial needs internally and externally
• Practice real-time problem solving
• Financial analysis of customer needs
Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn new things
• No finance experience required
• Must own a computer or laptop with access to high speed Internet
