The Venture Partner role is designed for experienced operators, investors, and ecosystem leaders who can introduce: • High-quality founders and startups • Accredited investors, LPs, and family offices • Strategic partners into the Initio Capital platform Venture Partners participate in the upside generated through these introductions. What You’ll Do As a Venture Partner, you will: • Refer vetted founders and venture-scale startups • Introduce investors, LPs, and capital partners • Support deal flow growth across Initio Capital platforms • Participate selectively in advisory, diligence, or ecosystem activities • Operate independently with full flexibility There are no quotas or fixed hours. How You Earn Venture Partners earn through: • Referral commissions tied to successful introductions • Deal-level participation and carry on select investments • Long-term upside aligned with platform growth Earnings are performance-based and uncapped.
