Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced developer to help fix and optimize our private jet charter website form and tracking setup.
Our website includes a flight request form with airport dropdowns (API-based) and is integrated with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and HubSpot.
Current Issues:
We are experiencing the following problems:
- Users can submit incomplete or incorrect requests (past dates, missing required fields, etc.)
- Form validation needs improvement (frontend and server-side if required)
- Google Ads conversion tracking may be firing incorrectly
- HubSpot shows many leads as “offline sources” or incorrectly attributed
- UTMs may not be captured or passed properly
- We need accurate tracking so we can clearly understand where leads are coming from.
Expected Outcomes
- Conversions fire only on real, valid form submissions
- UTMs are captured and passed correctly
- Leads show the correct source in HubSpot
- Invalid submissions are blocked
- Form logic is clean and secure
- Tracking setup is verified and tested
