Your Mission:
• Build AI-powered lead response systems (SMS, email, web chat)
• Create AI-driven lead qualification conversations
• Automate missed-call text-backs and follow-ups
• Build CRM pipelines and appointment scheduling workflows
• Implement AI phone system to answer calls when staff are unavailable (voice AI should sound like the business owner)
• Build review request automation
• Set up escalation logic for human intervention when necessary
• Document workflows and create scalable templates
• Help structure Starter and Premium packages for multiple clients

Who You Are:
• Experienced with AI automation (OpenAI / GPT API)
• Skilled in CRM automation (GoHighLevel / HubSpot / Salesforce)
• Expert in workflow automation (Zapier / Make / API integration)
• Knowledgeable in SMS & voice automation (Twilio, Voiceflow, or similar)
• Have built AI phone/chat systems that sound natural and professional
• Experienced with service-based businesses and scalable automation systems
• Strategic thinker who can design systems that replicate across multiple clients
