Job Title: Brand Rep (Sales-Focused Account Manager)

We’re excited to add a results-driven and proactive Brand Representative to our team. In this role, you’ll combine sales expertise with account management to bring in new clients, oversee their projects, and build strong, long-lasting relationships. You’ll showcase the transformative impact of branded merchandise while driving success for both our clients and our business.
This is a hybrid/remote position with travel required for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for new clients, managing projects from initial engagement to completion.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and tailored solutions.
- Utilize upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize revenue while providing valuable solutions.
- Actively promote limited-time offers, product bundles, and discounts to drive sales.
Lead Generation & Funnel Management:
- Identify and qualify leads through outbound activities, CRM management, and strategic follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation tactics, including email campaigns, content offers, and paid ads.
- Execute nurture campaigns, retargeting efforts, and product demos to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Use CRM software (e.g., HubSpot or other) to track and manage client data, ensuring communication is timely, professional, and personalized.
- Set reminders for follow-ups and maintain detailed notes on client interactions.
Events & Outreach:
- Represent the company at trade shows, webinars, and industry events to build relationships, generate leads, and promote our offerings.
- Assist in identifying potential partners and affiliates to expand reach through co-branded campaigns.
Sales Enablement & Collaboration:
- Use provided sales scripts, pitch decks, and templates to tailor messaging to client needs.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on new product launches, training, and updated playbooks.
- Provide feedback on marketing and sales tactics to optimize strategies based on real-world insights.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Track and report sales metrics, such as conversion rates and cost-per-lead, to identify areas for improvement.
- Share insights from client interactions to refine marketing and sales strategies.
Requirements
- Experience:
- Proven success in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in the branded merchandise industry is not required, but would be very valuable.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and sales tactics, including retargeting and email campaigns.
- Attributes:
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized.
- Outgoing personality with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
