Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of workstreams, ensuring that all deliverables—tactics brainstorm decks, strategy briefs, data reports, creative ideas, and content calendars—are not just completed but exceed quality expectations
- Organize and guide regular meetings and brainstorming sessions, inspiring the team to communicate openly and share ideas, thereby creating a collaborative atmosphere
- Have a solid understanding of the automotive industry, including key players, trends, and challenges
- Stay informed about US tariffs, regulations, and market dynamics that can impact the client’s strategy and operations
- Foster a mindset of continuous learning regarding the automotive sector, encouraging the team to explore relevant topics and insights that can enhance project outcomes
- Work hand-in-hand with Account Directors, Content Managers, Strategists, Community Managers, Creatives, and Designers
- Be the central hub of communication, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed, merging diverse skill sets and perspectives into cohesive project execution
- Engage with the extended retained team actively to identify opportunities for integrating organic content strategies with paid or other initiatives, ensuring a unified approach to marketing efforts
- Oversee the meticulous upload of all content to the QA platform (Workspace), ensuring that Business Affairs and Compliance documentation is thorough and accurate
- Champion quality assurance protocols, instilling a culture of excellence where team members are encouraged to uphold these standards in every task they undertake
- Develop a keen sense for team dynamics, regularly assessing individual and group performance
- Proactively address any issues that may hinder productivity and employ conflict resolution techniques to foster a positive team environment
- Be a mentor and coach for your team members, guiding them in their professional development
- Inspire them to set ambitious personal and team-related goals, and celebrate their achievements together
- Navigate the complexities of ad-hoc projects, such as reactive content and influencer campaigns, ensuring timely execution while maintaining high standards
Skills
- A minimum of 1 year in project Coordination, preferably with a strong background in social media, digital marketing, as well production
- Experience or knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus, but a proactive approach to learning about it is essential
