- Reporting and tracking contacts with members, providers, and plan sponsors
- Guiding members through their plan benefits, Aetna policies, and procedures, as well as awareness of resources to comply with regulatory requirements
- Building a deep connection with our members by understanding and engaging them to advocate for their best health
- Taking ownership to understand member needs by building a trusting and caring relationship with the member
- Anticipating client needs and providing relevant information to address unasked questions
- Explaining member rights and responsibilities as per contract
Essential Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of recent customer support experience in a transaction-based call center environment

- Demonstrated ability to be empathetic and compassionate
