About This Role: Accounts Payable Specialist
We're seeking an experienced and skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to manage our AP processes and credit card transactions. As a key member of our Accounting Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely payment processing, maintaining strong financial controls, and driving success in our financial operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and credit card statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Manage vendor relationships and maintain accurate vendor records, including contact information, payment terms, and credit limits
- Reconcile credit card transactions and resolve discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner
- Perform account reconciliations and month-end closing procedures to ensure financial statements are accurate and up-to-date
