**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients and their customers through phone, email, and chat interactions
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Accurately documenting customer interactions and resolving issues in our web-based computer system
* Maintaining technical and program policy proficiency in our rules and guidelines
* Providing clear, complete, accurate, and objective information based on a full understanding of program requirements
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and quality monitoring processes
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and their customers
* Ability to problem solve through analysis and ongoing feedback
* Achieve results through knowledge, empathy, and commitment
* Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
* High School diploma or GED
* Background and drug screening required
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience in a call center environment
