**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to meet the needs of our customers
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Diagnose customer needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements
* Provide basic information about our homes and company processes and procedures to customers
* Daily interaction with operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met
* Resolve critical customer support issues in a timely manner
* Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience in customer service-related positions
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-call volume work environment
* Ability to prove critical thinking and problem-solving concepts
* Ability to be courteous in difficult situations
* Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; advanced preferred
* Detail-oriented, with the ability to produce high-quality work in a deadline-oriented environment and an ability to multitask

* Experience working in a professional office setting, including the flexibility to work weekends and holidays
* Ability to work effectively and cheerfully in an environment that may be stressful due to adversarial situations resulting from the proper performance of duties
