You will be responsible for assisting customers with a range of inquiries, from processing payments and billing issues to account access and plan modifications. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others to join our team and grow into technical support roles. **Responsibilities** As a Level 1 Chat Support Agent, your key responsibilities will include: * Assisting customers with processing payments and billing issues, account access issues, modifying plans and add-ons, processing cancellations and refunds, updating account information, and questions about different pricing plans available to customers * Handling 2-3 concurrent live chats, providing timely and effective support to customers * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless support experiences * Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues, using help desk tools like Help Scout, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk * Providing exceptional written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear and concise communication with customers **Skills & Experience** To succeed in this role, you will need: * Over 3 years of level 1 chat support experience handling billing and account-related queries * Experience with help desk tools like Help Scout, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk * Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner * Experience supporting customers using WordPress (nice to have) * A strong team player with a supportive and friendly attitude, a proactive and can-do approach to work, and a genuine passion for helping people solve their problems and caring about customer experience **Attitude** We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and are committed to continuous learning and self-improvement.
